Health and Energy Seminar
Are you having trouble achieving your goals? Do you have a strategy for improving your health and thus optimizing your energy?
Energy is our most valuable resource! Without it, we have nothing else. The condition of our health determines the level of our energy.
In this seminar, we’ll examine the answers to the most critical question anybody could ask: What replenishes our energy and what depletes it?
Most people blame the fact that they don’t have enough time to execute the plans necessary to achieve their goals, but the real reason is that they lack an abundance of energy that would allow them to take consistent action on their goals.
1. Discuss and Set Goals in the following areas:
• The Relationship Between Health and Energy
• Sources and Uses of Energy
• Prevention vs Cure
• The 4 Sources of Energy
• Oxygen / Breathing
• Diet and Nutrition
• Structure and Flexibility
2. Create a Master Plan to optimize your Health and Energy
You must take charge of your own health. Don’t just leave it to “experts” who may or may not have your best interests in mind. Make a commitment to take your body, and thus your life, to the next level. Crush your plans, get out of your rut, and take control of your future! Join those who choose to make wise investments in themselves. Take action and sign up now!

This seminar will cover the following 4 topics centered around The POWER of DISCIPLINE: Habits, Procrastination, Prioritization, Decision Making, and Discipline
We will first learn the science behind why we, as human beings, are designed to program “habits” into our subconscious minds and the cause behind why the programming can go awry (i.e., bad habits). Then we will learn about proven strategies to eradicate negative habits and to instill positive habits. The first habit that we will want to eradicate is the insidious habit of procrastination.
Procrastination is the act of allowing ourselves to put the more important things in life at the mercy of the less important. If you are somebody that gets to the end of most weeks and knows that you have been busy and “productive” yet feel like you haven’t gotten to your most important priorities because “there wasn’t enough time,” then like many others, you are in desperate need to learn the science and art of prioritization.
Prioritization is understanding that the key to a successful life is not learning how to do things well but deciding what to do FIRST to align with our highest priorities.
The quality of our lives is directly proportional to the quality of the decisions that we make. We’ll explore why we don’t always make the best decisions (the ones that will lead us to long-term fulfillment). We’ll learn strategies that will significantly improve the odds of consistently making high-quality decisions.
Discipline is the glue that binds these wonderful skills together. We’ll learn both the physiology and psychology behind willpower. We will learn how the brain, while physically an organ, practically acts and functions like a muscle. When we strengthen our willpower muscle, our lives completely change for the better. We get many rewards for being disciplined, including Health, Financial, Career, Relationships, Respect, Personal/Spiritual Growth, Family, Contribution, and more!
