Elaine is a certified Life and Health Coach studying to be an Ayurvedic doctor with over 10 years of yoga instructing experience. After graduating from the University of Iowa with a BA in Political Science and Global Health, she moved to the Island of Oahu to pursue yoga and wellness. During her time there she taught at Power Yoga Hawaii, CorePower and Hot Yoga Nimitz. She also played a major part in community events with Lululemon and Wanderlust. In 2015 she moved to New York to be a founding trainer and yoga instructor at the 53rd street Equinox location. She started own corporate wellness business and Abundance Coaching program for women looking to deepen their self-discovery. She hosted and organized community and wellness events at Energi, Alo Yoga, and the WilliamVale. Elaine has a strong passion in finding harmony and stability within the mind, body and soul connection. She supports her clients in maintaining awareness, living authentically and achieving their goals. In addition to personal development and wellness she enjoys pushing boundaries on human potential, cooking and traveling.
